We offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your watch purchases from this website. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If items are returned after this time we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to it being in pristine condition.

To qualify for this, the watch must be in absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (CD-ROMs etc.).

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange.

Your money will be refunded in full within 14 days from the item being received.

In the unlikely event that you receive a watch that is defective, has been damaged in transit, or is not the one you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself.

You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured.  You should also record the tracking number.

As soon as we have received and inspected the item to ensure the item has not been used, we will credit your card/paypal account with the full amount, minus any delivery charge.
